The main living space was differentiated by material and size.
The design approach split the house into three discreet volumes in order to fit the program into site setbacks.
The simplicity of the composition allows the house to have a strong presence from the street.
Exterior elevations show the “connector” pieces as differentiated by form (flat roof) and material selection (stone).
