Phase 1 - Renovation - includes three bathroom remodels, new laundry and mudroom room on the main level and a kitchen remodel that re-shuffled existing cabinets and upgraded finishes.
Phase 2 - Addition - includes a new garage entering at grade, an indoor stair connection to the main level and a large loft space above the garage with vaulted ceilings.
